Covid Refund Policy Update

Covid funds are valid for 5 years.

Covid funds may be used by the skater

Skaters may use their Covid funds on hold for any programs.
To use the Covid funds, click on the “Use Covid Funds on Hold” registration link.
There will be a $1 charge. We will then apply any funds and charge the card if there is a balance.


Covid funds may be used by any family member

We are now able to allow customers with Covid funds on hold to be used by any family member.
To use another family member’s Covid funds, click on the “Use Covid Funds on Hold” registration link.
Put the family members name and “use Covid funds” in the notes.


Covid funds may be moved to Freestyle Deposit on Hold account

We are now able to use any family members Covid funds on hold to be moved to the family’s
Freestyle Deposit on Hold account.
To move the funds email with the family members name
and we will move the Covid funds and send you the new balance info.


Covid funds may moved to any other skater

We are now able to allow customers with Covid funds on hold to move them to any other skater.
To move your Covid funds to another skater email from the
email we have on file for you with the name of the skater you want to move the funds to.
We will send you a confirmation email with the amount moved.


Covid Refund Update 8-31-21

Thank you for your patience, we can now offer cash refunds for Covid funds on hold.

We have 3 options:
1) Full refund less a $10 admin fee for Zelle or Chase Quickpay refund.
2) Full refund less a $25 admin fee for a check mailed refund.
3) Full refund less a $25 admin fee for a credit card refund (assumes your orginal credit card info on file is still current).

Email from the email we have on file for you with the name of the skater,
the approximate refund amount, and the refund type from above.

1) For Zelle, we will email you with instructions to send us a payment request.
2) For check, please include the name and address the check should be sent to.
3) For credit card, please include the name of the card holder that was orginally charged.

Please allow up to 7 days for us to process the refunds, once again, thank you for your patience.
